NINU, headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia, has launched NINU Smart Perfume, a handheld device that can customize perfume by connecting to a mobile app to create up to 100 scents. Users can create different scents by mixing three different liquid bases (25ML) in different proportions. The fragrance bases target three main lines – Flora for women, Terra for men, and Aura for neutral option. When the smart perfume device mixes scents, users can choose from a set of preset scents created by the perfumer in the APP or select scents based on the time of day, mood and weather; the APP’s automatic mode also suggests mixing scents based on the occasion, weather or season, and a manual mode can be used to match the scent to the clothes.
